Find a Palliative Care Provider

At PALPRAC, we are continuously working to update and improve the information and resources listed on our Find a Provider map. We encourage you to explore this map first, when seeking palliative care services, as it includes all Full member providers grouped by healthcare qualification (eg. Doctor, Nurse, Social Worker, etc). To clarify, only full PALPRAC individual members, specifically trained in palliative medicine, are listed on the map.

Our map includes PALPRAC-affiliated NPO organisations such as care homes, hospices and relevant medical associations. For a complete list of all hospices in South Africa, please visit the APCC website here.   We’ve also recently added Corporate Connectors to the PALPRAC community – preferred providers of equipment or services related to palliative care, all of whom have been endorsed by at least one PALPRAC Full or Associate member.

While the map covers many areas, some regions may still have limited or no access to palliative care services.  If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@palprac.org, and we’ll do our best to connect you with the right resources through our networks.
