Following the overwhelming success of the Values in Healthcare Workshop at the 2023 Palliative Care Conference, PALPRAC, in collaboration with VIHASA, successfully carried out the Building Resilience in Palliative Care Providers training programme in 2024. This 8-module CPD-accredited, online course was designed to help palliative care professionals build resilience and manage the emotional and psychological demands of their work.

The programme was attended by 61 unique participants who benefitted from in-depth insights and practical strategies to support their well-being in the demanding field of palliative care.

Although the course has concluded, we are pleased to report the positive feedback and impact it has had on the participants. We look forward to offering similar training opportunities in the future to continue supporting the resilience of healthcare professionals.
